About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Project Coordinator – Industry (Fintech).
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in sprint activities, managing resources, and ensuring smooth technical execution in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth code reviews as part of the development lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with internal and industry-standard coding practices.
- Identify and flag anti-patterns, inefficient logic, duplicated code, and other code quality issues.
- Verify alignment with software design principles such as SOLID, DRY, KISS, and clean architecture.
- Act as a gatekeeper for code quality, working with developers through merge/pull requests (PRs) and contributing to a consistent, scalable codebase.
- Coordinate technical delivery, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to manage technical delivery.
- Track tasks timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring milestones are achieved.
- Manage resource allocation, development teams and workload distribution across development and support teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a financial technology (FinTech or banking solutions) environment.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and sprint delivery.
- Strong knowledge in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Angular, .NET, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Strong skills in resource and team coordination.
- Knowledge of software development principles, code quality practices, and financial solution implementations.
