About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Specialist to join our team in Sheikh Zayed. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, ensure smooth office operations, and assist in day-to-day tasks to enhance overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, correspondence, and documentation.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks.
- Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
- Project Admin activities
- Help the local team in admin and HR work
- Handling admin work with local bank, local authorities and local account firm.
- Flights and hotels booking
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
