About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Specialist to join our team in Sheikh Zayed. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, ensure smooth office operations, and assist in day-to-day tasks to enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
  • Support HR and management with administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
  • Project Admin activities
  • Help the local team in admin and HR work
  • Handling admin work with local bank, local authorities and local account firm.
  • Flights and hotels booking

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
