Description:
Location: On-site – Beirut, Corniche Al Mazraa
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources function by ensuring smooth administration, compliance, and employee engagement. Responsibilities include:
Policies & Procedures: Administer HR policies and procedures to maintain consistency and compliance.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the hiring cycle, coordinate interviews, and facilitate onboarding programs.
HR Records Management: Maintain accurate records including timesheets, attendance, leave trackers, employee information lists, and HR charts.
Performance Reporting: Assist in the annual employee assessment process, including preparation and processing of performance reports.
General HR Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR team and act as a point of contact for employee queries.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
0–2 years of experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Exposure to multinational hiring practices, benefits administration, and leave management processes.
Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HR software (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or equivalent).
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
